Wow3Dart sells digital STL files that are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to download your files instantly via email and your account dashboard.

  • Instant Access: Files are available for download immediately after successful payment.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to system delays or payment verification.

As this is a digital product, no shipping fees apply.

All files are delivered in .STL format, compatible with most 3D printing slicers and software. Make sure you have the proper software to use these files.

If you experience any issues with downloading your files:

Refund Policy

Since all our products are non-tangible, digital goods, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with a few exceptions as outlined below.

All STL files sold on Wow3Dart.com are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

By purchasing, you agree that you are buying a non-physical, digital item, and that all sales are final.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • The file is corrupt or does not open due to an error from our side.

  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical issue.
